Geometry Classics: Geoboards and Tangrams!

I realize as a teacher your students shouldn't know if you favor one subject or topic over another since you want them to form their own opinions and ideas, but it is so difficult for me to hide how much I love geometry! There is something so aesthetically pleasing about shapes and there are so many fun ways to explore them I have a feeling my love for the topic might be contagious. The kids seem like they are enjoying explorations and as a result are applying their acquired knowledge in more complex ways; YAY for higher level thinking!
